Anwesh Sahoo is a multifaceted Visual Designer and Lead Technical Artist at Aristocrat Gaming, renowned for his pioneering contributions to both the digital arts and LGBTQ+ activism. He is the first Indian recipient of the Troy Perry Medal of Pride for Compassionate Activism and the youngest winner of Mr. Gay World India. Anwesh is also the creator of The Effeminare and the author of the comic book Effeminared, which was featured in the anthology Transformative Compassion, debuting in Canada in April 2024.
Featured in prestigious publications such as Vogue, Rolling Stone, and The Hindu, Anwesh has emerged as a breakthrough queer artist. He has graced the TEDx stage, where he advocates for celebrating gender as a spectrum and challenges societal norms.
