Rashmi Datta Handa is a seasoned professional with more than 25 years of experience in Support and Go-to-Market strategies. Currently serving as the Sales Enablement and Operations leader for Microsoft Unified in the India and ASEAN markets, Rashmi leads go-to-market support initiatives for Microsoft Unified business along with Unified plus Azure motion for Asia. Rashmi is married to Vishal for the last 26 years and they are parents to a 15-year-old daughter, Shreeya along with two beautiful four-legged boys: Sunny Boy and Captain Jack Sparrow. Rashmi is passionate about the importance of diversity and the power of inclusion. She has been an active member of the Microsoft Employee Resource Group focusing on inclusion of the LGBTQI+ community since the inception of India chapter in 2018 and is currently serving as Co-lead for Microsoft India chapter. Rashmi is based in Gurgaon, India.
