Srini Ramaswami

For over two and a half decades, Srini has been instrumental in cultivating inclusive and diverse work environments within Fortune 500 organizations. Through his strategic leadership, he has cultivated inclusive and diverse work environments where employees are empowered to reach their full potential.

In his previous roles as Head of Inclusion & Diversity at Cisco and Intuit for the India and Asia Pacific regions, Srini spearheaded initiatives that resulted in significant business value and industry recognition. His contributions to diversity and inclusion extend beyond the corporate realm. He serves as a Senior Advisor to several organizations, advocating for social welfare, equality, human rights, women’s empowerment, and sustainable development.

A Certified Diversity Professional (DTUI, USA) and Social Innovation Fellow (Amani Institute, India), Srini is a globally recognized advocate for LGBT+ equality. His commitment to this cause is exemplified by his numerous awards and speaking engagements, including the Role Model of the Year Award by MWICXIndia in 2024, United Nations LGBT+ Consultation (Berlin) in 2019, the TOP 100 Leaders of RAHM (London) in 2018, LGBT Champion Ally Award by Out & Equal Workplace Advocates (USA) in 2017 and D&I Leadership Award (South East Asia) by BD Foundation (India) in 2017.

 

In 2018, Srini transitioned to a full-time social entrepreneur, co-founding Pride Circle, a leading DEI Consulting organization with a mission to enable & empower the LGBT+ community, Allies, Educational Institutions, Organizations, & Society in fostering a culture of belonging for all.
